1. SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders of a minimum of 3 pieces.

• Small Orders: Orders below 3 pieces are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

Timeline

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• Delivery Window: * Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days.

  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days.

Tracking

• Once your 200ml signature scents leave our factory, you will receive a SMS/Email notification with your tracking details.

• Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
