Reporting Issues

3-Day Window: Any discrepancies regarding the quality or quantity of your order must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Refund Process

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for Card payments) or via bank transfer/store credit (for Cash on Delivery).
Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and the nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original plastic-wrapped packaging.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, we will provide a direct replacement at no extra cost.
