RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Reporting Issues

  • 3-Day Window: Any discrepancies regarding the quality or quantity of your order must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • To report an issue, please contact us via WhatsApp (+971 56 467 5889) or Email with your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for Card payments) or via bank transfer/store credit (for Cash on Delivery).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to hygiene and the nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original plastic-wrapped packaging.

  • If a product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, we will provide a direct replacement at no extra cost.
